BUNDLES OF WOOL

Processing sheep’s wool into high-quality products:

Sheep’s wool has been used since antiquity, since around 3000 BC. Sheep’s wool is a renewable raw material and has many valuable properties. For example, wool has thermoregulation properties that help keep the body warm or cool depending on the temperature. Although wool repels water, it can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in moisture while still feeling dry. This is particularly useful for sportswear. The wool fibres can also help to balance the heat of the body and can therefore feel very pleasant if you have a cold or flu.
