View the highest Swiss summit through a Viscope telescope

Description

You will find a Viscope telescope right at the Gornergrat station. Take a look through it and you will find Switzerland’s highest mountain. The Dufourspitze stretches 4,634 metres into the sky. Originally, it was called ‘Gornerhorn’ but it was renamed in 1863 in honour of Henri Dufour, the man who produced the first accurate map of Switzerland.
